  • Policed intellectual property for the NYPD's New York Police Foundation and the FDNY's Fire Safety Education Fund.
  • Enforced proper licensing of NYPD and FDNY logos, designs, and Internet domain names.
  • Investigated infringing parties and sent cease-and-desist letters to same.
  • Drafted demand letters and cease-and-desist letters and corresponded with infringing parties.
  • Created Excel spreadsheet to manage and track correspondence and actions with infringing parties.
  • Brokered a deal between the New York State Museum and New York Police Foundation to preserve thousands of prints and negatives of photographs taken by the NYPD on September 11, 2001. Conducted grant research for same.
  • Enforced intellectual property rights for multiple clients.

  • Acquired, transferred, registered, and managed domain names for clients.
